Weak Republican Leaders Are Threatening the Integrity of our Elections

In spite of overwhelming evidence of election irregularities, Republican leaders in battleground states are failing to demonstrate the courage necessary to challenge election results in their states.  While a few officials have made some effort to vet the issues, none have demonstrated the firm leadership necessary to actually challenge the election results.

These state officials need to hear from you NOW.  Please call, email and post messages to them on social media.  Demand that they take action to decertify election results until such time that outstanding legal challenges are resolved.

Issued joint statement with other PA Republican lawmakers saying "“The General Assembly lacks the authority to take action to overturn the popular vote and appoint our own slate of presidential electors,” it read. “While we clearly recognize the need for legislative action to address the issues presented by the 2020 General Election, some of the actions requested by our residents would require us to disregard the statutes and Constitution we have fought so hard to protect.”
